Silencing reminders

    Silence all your client's reminders in 2 easy steps

    If you know a client will be on vacation or can't be responsive because of work or family commitments, you can easily silence or snooze all of their reminders.

    Select the client and under “Actions” choose “Silence reminders”

     

    You can then choose to silence reminders until a specific date and time, or indefinitely.
